The art of hand sketching is alive and well here at Holeman Group. As much as 3-D computer models help, there is no better way to get a design started than an architect's sketch on paper.
Lori, has been diligently designing this beautiful modern home for an unusual shaped lot located on the banks of the Indian River. The greatest challenge with this lot was its unique shape. Because of setback requirements from the road, lot edge, and the river, a "standard" floor plan just would not fit on this lot. To fit a driveway and all of the spaces the owner wanted, Lori had to get creative with the house layout, and we think the design is beautiful!
